BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Situated on a173-by-183-foot site, the glass-enclosed 84,000 SF Beacon Tower is designed to maximize usage of its limited <br />footprint, which is set back by a100-foot easement from a north-to-south transmission line. With nowhere to grow but up on this <br />premier Aventura site, the 12-story, blue-gray structure offers a sophisticated ground-floor street entry and elevator lobby, sheathed <br />in marble. The parking garage provides 335 spaces and is divided by half-level ramps from the first through fifth floors. Major office <br />space rises from the sixth through twelfth floor, atop the parking garage. A roof-top garden on level six encircles a lush urban oasis <br />and casual meeting space for tenants and visitors and offers respite and panoramic views of bustling downtown Aventura and North <br />Dade communities. <br /> <br />25.
