AVAILABILITY: <br />Indicate current and anticipated workloads and availability U activities and include <br />proximity or frequency to the City for service calls. Identify the extent and nature of any anticipated <br />outside support. <br />Our intent is to create a partnership with the City of Sunny Isles to <br />service all your landscape and related needs. Besides the 4 onsite <br />V14U�7� crews and managers that will be assigned the city fulltime and will <br />not be removed we will set a calendar for scheduled services such as <br />LANDSOAPEPROFESSIONALS <br />arbor care; fertilizer, mulch and annuals to ensure that we have the <br />adequate amount of additional crews to perform these tasks. We anticipate there will be a <br />minimum of one fulltime irrigation tech performing inspections and repairs as needed. If <br />additional technicians or assistants are needed to complete a project, they can be onsite within 24 <br />hrs or within an hour in the case of an emergency. <br />VisualScape also has afull-service landscape installation department with all the certifications <br />both in landscape installation and MOT required to complete any project that may arise. We have <br />our own Heavy equipment (backhoes, skid steers, water tankers, loaders, semis, and dump trucks <br />that would become available to the City of Sunny Isles as needed. This equipment is all stored at <br />our offices and facilities which are located only 15 miles from the City. <br />In the case of an emergency or special events all of our managers, personnel, and equipment are <br />readily available to the City. Our customers always take priority and a prestigious account such <br />as Sunny Isles would defiantly be our highest priority. <br />We also have several accounts in close proximity to Sunny Isles so if there is ever a need for <br />immediate management or direct ownership assistant, we would be able to mobilize quickly and <br />effectively. There are also at least 2 to 3 crews servicing properties nearby that can assist in a <br />moments notice when necessary. <br />It is our goal to provide you with aworry-free contract and not only meet but exceed your <br />expectations not only in the basic routine maintenance services, but also during a special event, <br />emergency, event of special projects.
