Neely, Finance Director <br />DATE: <br />9/17/2020 <br />RE: <br />FY 2020-2021 Blanket Purchase Order for HOME <br />DEPOT <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />To approve a resolution authorizing a blanket purchase order with <br />Home Depot for maintenance, repair, industrial and other operating <br />supplies for fiscal year 2020-2021 in an amount not to exceed <br />$100,000.00. <br />;1:FaFY8L`65 <br />The City shall utilize the US Communities Contract No. 16154 -RFP <br />which expires 12/31/2026 to purchase maintenance, repair, industrial <br />and other operating supplies from Home Depot, in accordance with <br />Section 62-13(c) of the City Code. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />There is an annual rebate program through this contract in which the <br />City receives monies back based on the following: <br />*At least $10k - $25k Annual Net Sales (calendar year) = 1 % Rebate <br />*At least $25k - $100kAnnual Net Sales (calendar year) = 2% Rebate <br />*Over $100k Annual Net Sales (calendar year) = 5% Rebate <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Various budget accounts <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Description <br />Resolution <br />Home Depot Contract <br />Item Number: 10.1-1. <br />
