on duty. <br />0) The right to determine what uniforms the employees are required to wear while <br />(k) The right to set procedures and standards to evaluate City employee's job <br />performance. <br />(1) The right to establish, change, or modify duties, tasks, responsibilities, or <br />requirements within job descriptions. <br />(m) The right to determine internal security practices. <br />(n) The right to introduce new or improved services, maintenance procedures, <br />materials, facilities and equipment, and to have complete authority to exercise those rights and <br />powers incidental thereto, including the right to make unilateral changes when necessary. <br />(o) The right to control the use of equipment and property of the City. <br />(p) The right to formulate and implement department policy, procedures rules and <br />regulations. <br />Section 2. It is understood by the parties that every incidental duty connected with <br />operations enumerated in job descriptions is not always specifically described and employees, <br />at the discretion of the City, may be required to perform duties not within their job description, <br />but within the realm of related duties. <br />Section 3. Any right, privilege, or function of the City, not specifically released or <br />modified by the City in this Agreement, shall remain with the City. <br />Section 4. Notwithstanding any right or privilege inuring to an employee by virtue of the <br />formation of the bargaining unit or PBA status, all members of the Bargaining Unit remain "at will" <br />employees of the City. <br />-6- <br />
