ARTICLE 21 <br />BEREAVEMENT AND MILITARY LEAVE <br />Section 1. In the case of death of an immediate member of the family (mother, father, <br />sister, brother, spouse, child, stepmother, stepfather, stepchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, <br />grandchild, grandmother, grandfather or domestic partner), the employee may be granted up to 4 <br />consecutive days, with the approval of the City Manager. <br />Section 2. The City shall comply with all laws on military leave which affect unit <br />employees. <br />-26- <br />
