ARTICLE 2 <br />RECOGNITION <br />The City recognizes the PBA as the exclusive bargaining agent for the purpose of collective <br />bargaining with respect to wages, hours and other conditions of employment for those employees <br />included within the certified bargaining unit described in PERC Certification No. 1736 (August 27, <br />2010) (the "Bargaining Unit"). <br />Included: Sworn police personnel of the ranks of Police Officer, Police <br />Detective, Police Corporal, Police Sergeant, Detective Sergeant <br />and Master Sergeant. <br />Excluded: All other City employees. <br />-2- <br />
