Phase 1 scope included design of a 10,500 square foot operations building and an 8,500 square foot storage building to house various Tolling Equipment Contractor and FDOT activities. Phase 2 design involves several additional administrative, lab and operations spaces. Role: Project Manager/Architect of Record. Redevelopment of the community park includes a new multipurpose pool, new administration building with a multipurpose/activity room, new pavilion structures, and new outdoor bathrooms building. Site improvements include an expanded parking area, new driveways, park sidewalks, tennis courts, pickle -ball courts, basketball courts, and bocce courts. An underground stormwater management system will be constructed under the parking and under the multipurpose field. Role: Architect of Record
