The lighting concept
for the building fagade which is highly visible at the major intersection includes static white linear lighting tightly integrated
into the facade fins, back lighting of perforated metal, and architectural sconces with laser tight optics at each balcony
to provide the illusion of a continuous line of light drawn up to the top of the building. The entry terrace includes lighting
integrated into the handrail, stake mounted firefly lights within the planters, and linear slots integrated into the wood ceiling.
The main attraction of the building entry is the Mariposa sculpture by Manolo Valdes where color changing lighting pro-
grammed for different holidays and events changes on a nightly basis creating a magical experience for all who pass by.
Size: 107,274 sf
Cost: $25 M
25.
