Ms. Haddad is the Senior Public Information Officer responsible for the day-to-day public involvement tasks for this design project which involves the preparation of a set of contract documents including plans for upgrades and the rehabilitation of the Henry E. Kinney Tunnel, an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) along the SR 5/USI corridor and a 117 -foot extension of the tunnel bridge for a pedestrian plaza.
