("PEDELTA") is pleased to submit this letter of interest in response to the Request for <br />Proposal (RFP) for the above -noted project. PEDELTA Inc. in collaboration with Kimley Horn & <br />Associates Inc., Bentley Engineers + Architects Inc., Terracon, Ganneth Fleming, HLB, C.H. Perez, VT <br />Excellence, and Media Relations Group intends to provide the engineering services for the related <br />work and believes the submission herein positively meets and exceeds the RFQ's requirements. <br />We have assembled a team of professionals based on their qualifications and successful experience <br />on similar pedestrian bridge projects of architectural character within time and budget. We will <br />provide our expertise to address the technical issues to ensure a successful and cost-effective design. <br />As the Project Principal, I will make certain that all the necessary resources are dedicated to <br />surpassing your satisfaction and that each staff member understands his or her role in delivering the <br />highest quality of service. I am personally committed to this project, which in turn promotes the <br />success of The City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />We confirm that our current workload will not impact the project. The proposed Design Team has <br />the capability to perform the additional work associated with a contract resulting from this RFQwithin <br />the required time frame. <br />It is worth mentioning that PEDELTA's service to Miami -Dade County for the design of Snowden <br />Pedestrian Bridge, together with ALL the projects we are currently performing, has remained <br />uninterrupted even during the tough times of the pandemic. This has been possible due to PEDELTA's <br />robust and efficient Information Technology (IT) infrastructure that has enabled ALL of PEDELTA staff <br />to work from home as efficiently as being in the office. <br />We look forward to supporting The City of Sunny Isles Beach by providing genuine, timely, efficient, <br />and the highest quality service.
