Hasbun, AICP, Planning and Zoning Director <br />DATE: <br />1/21/2021 <br />RE: <br />Fourth Option to Renew Planning and Zoning Services <br />with Calvin, Giordano and Associates, Inc. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />This Resolution is recommended for approval. <br />REASONS: <br />Calvin, Giordano and Associates, Inc. pursuant to Resolution No. <br />2017-2654 adopted on January 19, 2017 was awarded with the RFQ <br />No. 16-12-01 for Professional Planning, Zoning, Civil, Traffic, and <br />Engineering Consulting Services. This amendment is presented to <br />enter into the Fourth and last renewal option for the amount not to <br />exceed $150,000.00 bringing the total contract amount to <br />$850,000.30.
