<br /> <br />01380 - 3/3 <br />3.03 ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS: <br />A. From time to time the City may issue requests for additional photographs, in addition <br />to periodic photographs specified. Additional photographs will be paid for by Change <br />Order, and are not included in the Contract Price or an Allowance. <br />1. The City will give the photographer 3 days' notice, where feasible. <br />2. In emergency situations, the photographer shall take additional photographs <br />within 24 hours of the City's request. <br />3. Circumstances that could require additional photographs include, but are not <br />limited to: <br />a. Substantial Completion of a major phase or component of Work. <br />b. City's request for special publicity photographs. <br />c. Special events planned at Project site. <br />d. Immediate follow-up when on-site events result in construction damage or <br />losses. <br />e. Photographs to be taken at fabrication locations away from Project site. <br />f. Extra record photographs at time of final acceptance. <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br />
