<br />02110 - 3/3 <br />3.02 CLEARING WITHIN AREAS OF NATIVE VEGETATION: <br />A. The CONTRACTOR shall remove exotic trees/plants, hazardous material, trash, and <br />debris and leave the site clean with a smoothly raked finish grade. Every reasonable <br />effort shall be made to protect native vegetation designated to remain, such as Coco <br />Plum, Salt Bush, Pond Apples, Leather fern, etc. Areas disturbed by work <br />operations, such as, but not limited to, access points beyond the limits of the right -of <br />way, shall be restored to original or better condition, including, but not limited to, <br />filling, grading, sodding, and seeding/mulching as direct by the ENGINEER. <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br />
