Russo, City Manager <br />FROM: Richard Labinsky, City Engineer <br />DATE: September 14, 2021 <br />RE: Rank and Award RFQ 20-10-01, Professional Engineering and Architectura <br />Services for Pedestrian Bridge at 174 Street and Collins Avenue <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of this Resolution. <br />REASONS: <br />The City issued Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 20-10-01 for Professional Engineering an, <br />Architectural Services for Pedestrian Bridge Design at 174 Street and A1A. After a full review of thi <br />proposals, the ranking is as follows: Finley Engineering Group, Hardesty and Hanover, EAC Consulting <br />and Pedelta Inc. <br />We recommend approval of this ranking and granting the City Manager the authority to negotiate and <br />enter into an agreement with the top ranked firm for these services. If an agreement can not be <br />made, the City Manager may move to the second ranked firm and so forth until an agreement for <br />these services is reached. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Item Number: 10.Q <br />
