<br />Mr. Kanelidis’ background experience encompasses site design, civil, geotechnical,
<br />surface water management, water, and wastewater services for both the private and public
<br />sector. He also had significant involvement with his prior firm in representing Sunshine
<br />Water Control District as District Engineer working on numerous Capital Improvements
<br />Projects. As a Project Manager at CGA, his responsibilities include preparing contract
<br />proposals, developing and managing project schedules, preparing various engineering
<br />plans and technical specifications, permitting, bidding assistance, project management
<br />during construction, addressing Contractor RFI’s, reviewing shop drawings, negotiating and
<br />reviewing change orders, as-built reviews, and final project certifications. As an engineer
<br />with design and field experience, he is versatile in his ability to perform the tasks at each
<br />individual project stage

<br />Ms. White has over 15 years of experience in Florida as a Traffic Engineer. Her experience
<br />includes analysis and design in traffic signals, traffic operations, Intelligent Transportation
<br />Systems, and development of traffic studies. She is knowledgeable of MUTCD, FDOT design
<br />standards and specifications, FDOT Design Manual, Highway Capacity Manual, ITE's Traffic
<br />Engineering Handbook. She has worked on transportation projects and traffic studies for
<br />FDOT District 2 and 4, Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, St. Lucie, Duval, St. Johns, and
<br />Alachua Counties as well as various Florida municipalities.

<br />Miss Henderson has over 15 years of civil engineering experience in land development for
<br />both commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities include municipal reviews for
<br />Public Works and Utility permits, due diligence and site research, drainage design, water
<br />distribution and sanitary sewer collection and transmission system design, construction
<br />cost estimates, general site development for both public and private engineering projects,
<br />construction administration, observation, certification, and permitting services with various
<br />municipalities and local agencies throughout Central Florida and South Florida inclusive
<br />of South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), Broward County, Miami-Dade
<br />County, Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Florida Department of Environmental
<br />Protection (FDEP), and Florida Department of Health (FDOH).
