The MOU would allow FDLE to initiat, <br />investigative and forensic involvement, assistance or coordination of the predicate events. FDLE woulc <br />ultimately be responsible for presenting the investigative findings to the State Attorney for review. <br />This would allow for a completely independent investigation into each of the predicate events. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Memorandum of Understanding <br />Item Number: 10.1) <br />
