Contract Clauses for Solicitation 47QSMD20R0001 Refresh Number 9 Contract Number: GS-07F-0031W (1) This is a contract that is used by multiple agencies. Complaints from Contractors concerning orders placed under contracts used by multiple agencies are primarily reviewed by the task -order and delivery -order Ombudsman for the ordering activity. (2) The ordering activity has designated the following task -order and delivery -order Ombudsman for this order: [The ordering activity's contracting officer to insert the name, address, telephone number, and email address for the ordering activity's Ombudsman or provide the URL address where this information may be found.] (3) Before consulting with the task -order and delivery -order Ombudsman for the ordering activity, the Contractor is encouraged to first address complaints with the ordering activity's Contracting Officer for resolution. When requested by the Contractor, the task -order and delivery -order Ombudsman for the ordering activity may keep the identity of the concerned party or entity confidential, unless prohibited by law or agency procedure. End of clause 52.219-13 NOTICE OF SET -ASIDE OF ORDERS (MAR 2020) (a) The Contracting Officer may set aside orders for the small business concerns identified in 19.000(a)(3). (b) The Contracting Officer will give notice of the order or orders, if any, to be set aside for small business concerns identified in 19.000(a)(3) and the applicable small business program. This notice, and its restrictions, will apply only to the specific orders that have been set aside for any of the small business concerns identified in 19.000(a)(3). End of clause 52.219-6 NOTICE OF TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET -ASIDE (MAR 2020) (a) Definition. "Small business concern," as used in this clause, means a concern, including its affiliates that is independently owned and operated, not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, and qualified as a small business under the size standards in this solicitation. (b) Applicability. This clause applies only to (1) Contracts that have been totally set aside for small business concerns; and (2) Orders set aside for small business concerns under multiple -award contracts as described in 8.405-5 and 16.505(b)(2)(i)(F). (c) General. (1) Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.
