Contract Clauses for Solicitation 47QSMD20R0001 Refresh Number 9 Contract Number: GS-07F-0031W <br />(1) This is a contract that is used by multiple agencies. Complaints from <br />Contractors concerning orders placed under contracts used by multiple agencies are <br />primarily reviewed by the task -order and delivery -order Ombudsman for the <br />ordering activity. <br />(2) The ordering activity has designated the following task -order and delivery -order <br />Ombudsman for this order: <br />[The ordering activity's contracting officer to insert the name, address, telephone <br />number, and email address for the ordering activity's Ombudsman or provide the <br />URL address where this information may be found.] <br />(3) Before consulting with the task -order and delivery -order Ombudsman for the <br />ordering activity, the Contractor is encouraged to first address complaints with the <br />ordering activity's Contracting Officer for resolution. When requested by the <br />Contractor, the task -order and delivery -order Ombudsman for the ordering activity <br />may keep the identity of the concerned party or entity confidential, unless <br />prohibited by law or agency procedure. <br />End of clause <br />52.219-13 NOTICE OF SET -ASIDE OF ORDERS (MAR 2020) <br />(a) The Contracting Officer may set aside orders for the small business concerns identified in 19.000(a)(3). <br />(b) The Contracting Officer will give notice of the order or orders, if any, to be set aside for small business <br />concerns identified in 19.000(a)(3) and the applicable small business program. This notice, and its <br />restrictions, will apply only to the specific orders that have been set aside for any of the small business <br />concerns identified in 19.000(a)(3). <br />End of clause <br />52.219-6 NOTICE OF TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET -ASIDE (MAR <br />2020) <br />(a) Definition. <br />"Small business concern," as used in this clause, means a concern, including its affiliates that is <br />independently owned and operated, not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on <br />Government contracts, and qualified as a small business under the size standards in this solicitation. <br />(b) Applicability. This clause applies only to <br />(1) Contracts that have been totally set aside for small business concerns; and <br />(2) Orders set aside for small business concerns under multiple -award contracts as described in <br />8.405-5 and 16.505(b)(2)(i)(F). <br />(c) General. <br />(1) Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are <br />not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. <br />Page: 123 of 211 <br />
