Contract Clauses for Solicitation 47QSMD20R0001 Refresh Number 9 Contract Number: GS-07F-0031W contract, the Contractor may, but is not required to, take the actions required by paragraphs (f) or (h) of this clause (h) If the Contractor does not have representations and certifications in SAM, or does not have a representation in SAM for the NAICS code applicable to this contract, the Contractor is required to complete the following rerepresentation and submit it to the contracting office, along with the contract number and the date on which the rerepresentation was completed: (1) The Contractor represents that it # is, # is not a small business concern under NAICS Code assigned to contract number (2) [Complete only if the Contractor represented itself as a small business concern in paragraph (h)(1) of this clause.] The Contractor represents that it # is, # is not, a small disadvantaged business concern as defined in 13 CER 124.1002.
