The property zone is multi -tenant <br />shopping center. Under code section: 265-58 0) - Supplemental regulations, they are allowed to present a <br />Uniform Sign Plan for approval to use at this location. We are proposing a sign plan that consist of five (5) <br />wall signs, one (1) blade sign, and two (2) monument signs. <br />Signs E01 -E06 have approved permits and the sign install has been completed and inspected; with E02 <br />permitted through a variance. The new tenantgoing into a retail space in -front of Publix is on a coiner and <br />they are looking for visibility from both vantage point per code section 265-56. - Nonresidential, Town Center <br />and Mixed -Use Resort District signs— B.(2)(b) Retail: one sign per tenant. On -corner or through -store <br />locations may have an additional wall sign. Such second sign shall be limited to 50% of the square footage of <br />the primary sign and shall not be placed on the same building elevation as the primary sign. <br />We are requesting both Starbucks logos to be uniform in size, the proposed 12.625 on the primary is less than <br />the 35 square feet allowed by code and 50% of the primary allowance is 17.5 square feet. We are proposing <br />the minimum possible square footage to provide visible branding for Starbucks location. <br />Signs Allowed under this Master Sign Plan: <br />Wall Signs: <br />• PO1— Starbucks Wall Sign:, 4' x 4' =12.625 sq.ft. <br />• P02 — Starbucks Wall Sign: 4' x 4' =12.625 sq.ft. <br />• E01— Publix Wall Sign: 2.5' x 11.58' = 28.96 sq.ft. <br />• E02 - Publix Wall Sign: 2.5' x 11.58' = 28.96 sq.ft.
