The experience and expertise of the team that will manage your citywide project <br />includes but is not limited to managing permit applications, preconstruction <br />meetings with various government agencies and the installation of fiber optic <br />cable in conduit by trench, directional bore, missile bore and overhead. This also <br />includes handhole and manhole installations, splicing of fiber optic, and site <br />rehab and restoration. Additionally, we have expanded our services in the <br />wireless network ranging from macro cell sites to small cell nodes which include <br />radios and antennas on poles or roof tops. <br />Some recent projects we have managed include but are not limited to: <br />T -Mobile Project - $8 million — this work included managing the permit <br />application process, pre -construction meetings, utilities coordination (811), <br />converting from 2" to 4" HDPE by directional drill, handhole and manhole <br />installation, fiber pulling, fiber splicing, aerial work, concrete, asphalt and <br />paver restoration, provide as-builts and bore logs, and closing out the <br />permits. <br />Crown Castle Project - $9 million - this work included managing the permit <br />application process, pre -construction meetings, utilities coordination (811), <br />converting from 2" to 4" HDPE by directional drill, handhole and manhole <br />installation, fiber pulling, fiber splicing, aerial work, concrete, asphalt and <br />paver restoration, provide as-builts and bore logs, and closing out the <br />permits. <br />• Broward County Public Schools - $3.7 million - this work included managing <br />the permit application process, pre -construction meetings, utilities <br />coordination (811), converting from 2" to 4" HDPE by directional drill, <br />handhole and manhole installation, fiber pulling, fiber splicing, aerial work, <br />concrete, asphalt and paver restoration, provide as-builts and bore logs, <br />and closing out the permits. <br />The attached proposal is submitted in response to RFP 22-04-01 on behalf Bore <br />Tech Utilities & Maintenance. In respect of your time and to allow for your efficient <br />review of our proposal, it is submitted in the format as requested in the RFP with <br />a focus on substance.
