Bore Tech Utilities & Maintenance <br />RFP 22-04.01 <br />Bore Tech employs 98 team members and we are committed to their <br />professional development and a healthy and safe work environment. No <br />project or task is more important than the safety and wellbeing of our team <br />members. We consistently apply safety procedures to mitigate risks, secure <br />adequate resources for our projects, ensure that our staff is properly trained <br />and manage all tasks with the appropriate oversight of an experienced project <br />manager to ensure accuracy and timeliness. <br />The Project Manager we intend to assign this project is Jose A. Exposito. Mr. <br />Exposito has over twenty years' experience in the industry and is well <br />respected by his colleagues and team members. Some recent highlights of <br />Mr. Exposito's experience and accomplishments are listed below: <br />Manage a Crown Castle pilot program consisting of the relocation of <br />existing Crown Castle infrastructure as it relates to project being <br />conducted by other local, state and County agencies that conflict with <br />Crown Castle infrastructures. <br />Manage a Crown Castle project along US -41 consisting of approx. 52 <br />miles of new direction bores and fiber installation between Miami Dade <br />County and Collier County FI. <br />Managed the successful completion of a Broward County fiber project <br />awarded to Crown Castle by the School board of Broward County. This <br />project consisted of the installation of new infrastructure consisting of miles <br />of underground conduit and fiber optic cables through the implementation <br />of underground bores and aerial placement, fiber slicing and testing to over <br />124 schools throughout Broward County. <br />Managed the successful completion of several Crown Castle projects <br />throughout Miami Dade County that expanded the Crown Castles fiber <br />and wireless services in those areas. <br />Review FDOT ROW designs and prepare the MOT design to be followed <br />and submit it through the FDOT LCIS system for review and approval <br />prior to beginning any work <br />Additional key staff that will be assigned to this project include: <br />Kleimer Cruz — Mr. Cruz is Vice President of Bore Tech, he has over <br />twelve years' experience in trench excavation, horizontal directional <br />drilling for telecommunication. Mr. Cruz is MOT certified and has earned <br />a certification from the Florida Department of Transportation. Mr. Cruz <br />will be responsible for ensuring that your project is on and on budget. <br />
