This was for an amount not tc <br />exceed $120,000.00 for the initial 2 -year term. <br />Given the fact that City sponsored events are no longer restricted due to the COVID-19 pandemic <br />there has been additional need for their services than what was originally anticipated. As such, we are <br />requesting an amendment to their Agreement to increase the compensation for an additional <br />$120,000.00, for a total not -to -exceed amount of $240,000.00. This will take us through the end of our <br />initial contract term in March of 2023. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funding is budgeted for and available in the general fund in the Special Events Rentals account number <br />001.6.5730.444040.XXXXX for this fiscal year. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Agreement <br />Item Number: 10.17 <br />270 <br />
