ORDINANCE NO. 2021-rl I <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2021-567 PROVIDING FOR A REVISED <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, on June 17, 2021, the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach ("City") <br />adopted Ordinance No. 2021- 567; and <br />WHEREAS, the effective date of said ordinance was ten (10) days after final adoption; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff requires additional time to implement the above referenced <br />ordinance, and as such, is recommending that the effective date be revised to October 1, 2021. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Incorporation of Recitals. The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are hereby ratified <br />and confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Ordinance <br />upon adoption hereof. <br />Section 2. Amending Effective Date.
