The vehicle will be used by the investigator to respond to crime scenes and will have all the <br />necessary equipment to process scenes. By using Department of Justice forfeiture funds the Police <br />Department purchased a Ford Explorer Hybrid to utilize as a full time crime scene vehicle in an amount <br />not to exceed $47,000.00. We are seeking ratification of the purchase. <br />The Police Department hired Architect Design Group (ADG) to design a new police department ani <br />conduct a comprehensive site feasibility study and space needs assessment. We are seeking to ratify <br />the expenditure of $104,053.00 with ADG. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account no. 600-3-5210-XXXXXX-XXXXX. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Chief's Certification <br />Item Number: 10.8 <br />147 <br />
