Is there a possibility to extend the bid date for a later date? it is only 10 days away and <br />realistically it will be very difficult for any group to gather all the paperwork and be 100% in <br />compliance with the requirements. <br />A1. Please refer to addendum # 3. <br />Q2. We would need to show the space to a General Contractor to make an assessment of the <br />amount of renovations needed. Could you arrange a date to see it one more time? <br />A2. Please refer to addendum # 3. <br />Q3. Does the City of Sunny Isles has plans or CAD for a better design and presentation? <br />A3. Please refer to Attachment A on page 46 of the solicitation. <br />Q4. Is it possible one more visit to take better or professional pictures for our architects? <br />A4. Please refer to addendum # 3. <br />Q5. Would it be possible to use La Cabrera Sunny LLC for the proposal, then change the entity <br />to the restaurant in question? <br />A5. Please ensure you reference this exception in your proposal response. <br />Q6. What is the capital necessary for approval to operate this location? <br />A6. Submit in your firm’s proposal.
