These machines will replacE <br />current obsolete copiers with IDs F9292, F9317, and F9321. The three copiers are owned by the Cit, <br />and have been in service for more than six years. They experience a lot of failures and considerable <br />out -of -service time. The proposed lease agreement is for a 48 -month term in an amount not to exceed <br />$34,171.00 including the lease, maintenance, and toner. Attachments include proposal and NASPO <br />cost. <br />NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement, Contract#140604, Agreement #44000000-NASPO-I9-ACS. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in Information Technology Department's budget. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Quote <br />Item Number: 10.1) <br />
