Intent. In connection with the <br />PZ2014-05 and PZ2015-12 (collectively, the <br />supermarket retail shopping center with 53,558 <br />"Shopping Center"), the Owner has agreed to t] <br />particularly set forth herein, and has agreed to <br />obligations with respect to the Property. <br />Resolution, which approved Application Nos. <br />"Application"), for development of a Publix <br />square feet of Floor Area Ratio ("FAR") (the <br />ie granting of certain easement rights, as more <br />)e bound by certain covenants, restrictions and <br />Publix Super Markets, Inc.
