Exhibit "B"—Streetscape Easement. "Exhibit `B' - Streetscape Easement"attached to <br /> the Declaration is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with "Exhibit "B" — Streetscape Easement" <br /> attached to this Amendment; and all references in the Declaration to "Exhibit 'B"' or the "Streetscape <br /> Easement" shall hereinafter refer to Exhibit"B" attached to this Amendment. <br /> 2. Exhibit "C" — Right-of-Way Easement. "Exhibit `C' — Right-of-Way Easement" <br /> attached to the Declaration is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with "Exhibit `C' — Right-of-Way <br /> Easement" attached to this Amendment; and all references in the Declaration to "Exhibit `C"' or the <br /> "Right-of-Way Easement" shall hereinafter refer to Exhibit"C"attached to this Amendment. <br /> 3.
