Virtual City Commission Meeting – June 18th, 2020. <br /> <br />Action: Commissioner Viscarra moved, and Vice Mayor Svechin seconded a motion to <br />approve the above-mentioned Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice <br />vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> <br />4. ORDER OF BUSINESS (Additions/Deletions/Amendments) <br /> <br />Add On: 3A. Summary Minutes – June 18, 2020; Add’l. Information: 7A. Ordinance <br />Extending Zoning Moratorium; Revised: 10C. Resolution Ratifying First Amendment to <br />Agreement with FPI Security Services; Deferred: 10M. Resolution Amending Zoning <br />Resolution No. 12-Z-130; <br /> <br />Action: Vice Mayor Svechin moved, and Commissioner Lama seconded a motion to <br />approve the above-mentioned changes to the agenda. The motion was approved by a <br />voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> <br />5. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />6. ZONING <br /> <br />6A.
