Summary Minutes: Virtual Regular City Commission Meeting September 17, 2020 City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />Action: City Clerk Betancur read the titles, and Cultural and Community Services Director <br />Sylvia Flores reported. <br /> <br />Public Speakers: None. <br />Commissioner Viscarra moved, and Commissioner Goldman seconded a motion to approve <br />the resolutions. Resolution Nos. 2020-3104 (10O) and 2020-3105 (10Q) were adopted by <br />a voice vote of 4-0 in favor (Mayor Scholl was absent). <br /> <br />10R.
