RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />10A. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Establishing the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Proposed Ad Valorem Tax Millage Levy Rate at 2.200 Mills per <br />$1,000.00 of Taxable Assessed Value Which is 1.60% Less than the "Rolled Back" Rate of <br />2.2357 Mills, for Fiscal Year 2021/2022; Setting the Date, Time and Place for the First and <br />Second Public Budget Hearings as Required by Law; Directing the City Clerk and City Manager <br />to File this Resolution with the Property Appraiser of Miami-Dade County Pursuant to the <br />Requirements of Florida Statutes and the Rules and Regulations of the Department of <br />Revenue of the State of Florida; Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> <br />Action: City Clerk Mauricio Betancur read the title, and Finance Director Tiffany Neely <br />reported. <br /> <br />Public Speakers: Edelcup, Norman. <br /> <br />Commissioner Goldman moved, and Commissioner Viscarra seconded a motion to approve <br />the resolution. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Establishing a <br />Late Fee for Failure to Renew a Short-Term Rental License of Multi-Family Dwelling Units <br />Prior to the Expiration of the License; Authorizing the City Manager to Do All Things <br />Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; and Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> <br />Action: City Clerk Mauricio Betancur read the title, and Development Services Director <br />Claudia Hasbun reported. <br /> <br />Public Speakers: None. <br /> <br />Commissioner Viscarra moved, and Commissioner Goldman seconded a motion to approve <br />the resolution.
