GENERAL NOTES <br />I. ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY OF SUNNY ISLES PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br />STANDARDS, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION STANDARDS, MIAMI -DADE WATER a SEWER DEPARTMENT <br />(WASD), CITY OF NORTH MIAMI BEACH UTILITIES STANDARDS AND THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, LATEST EDITION, AS <br />APPLICABLE. <br />2. ELEVATIONS SHOWN REFER TO THE NATIONAL GEODETIC VERTICAL DATUM (N.G.V.D), OF 1929. <br />3. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL CONTROL. LAYOUT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF <br />THE CONTRACTOR. <br />4. IT IS THE INTENT OF THESE DRAWINGS TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE CODES AND AUTHORITIES HAVING <br />JURISDICTION. ANY DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THESE DRAWINGS AND APPLICABLE CODES SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY <br />BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE ENGINEER. <br />5. EXISTING GRADES WERE TAKEN FROM THE BEST AVAILABLE DATA AND MAY NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT PRESENT <br />CONDITIONS. STOP SIGNS SHALL BE MOUNTED WITH 7' CLEAR FROM SIGN BOTTOM TO GRADE. WHERE INDICATED, ADDITIONAL <br />SIGNAGE SHALL BE MOUNTED BELOW STOP SIGN. <br />6.
