The inventory list must include <br />the address and legal description of the property and specify if the property is vacant or improved. <br />The City's Planning & Zoning Director and City Staff have reviewed the inventory of City -owner <br />property, and have determined that there is no City -owned property that is appropriate for use as <br />affordable housing. Pursuant to said statute, the elected body of the municipality must review the <br />inventory list at a public hearing and make revisions, if necessary. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Item Number: 10.X <br />
