The Work shall not be delayed or postpone pending resolution of <br />any disputes or disagreements. <br /> <br />18.1.5 For any disputes which remain unsolved, within sixty (60) calendar days <br />after Final Completion of the Work, the parties shall participate in <br />mediation to <br />address all unresolved disputes. A mediator shall be mutually <br />agreed upon bythe parties. Should any objection not be resolved in <br />mediation, the partiesretainalltheirlegalrights and remedies under <br />applicable law.
