KEITH <br />will coordinate with the CITY and Cummins Cederberg (structural designer) and provide design direction to <br />ensure the deck meets the needs and design of the park. <br />MARINE ENGINEERING AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(Cummins Cederberg — Structural and Environmental Sub.) <br />Refer to Exhibit 'A'— Structural and Environmental Engineering (Sub -Consultant) Scope and Fees. <br />Task 606 In -Season Marine Resource Survey <br />Cummins Cederberg will conduct a qualitative marine resource survey to identify the potential seagrasses, <br />corals, or other marine resources of significance within the proposed project boundaries. Data will be <br />collected via SCUBA on prepared underwater paper and representative photographs will be taken. The data <br />will be processed and illustrated on a basemap. The basemap will include location and coverage of <br />documented marine resources. A brief observation report, including representative photographs, will be <br />prepared summarizing the investigation. <br />Task 607 Mitigation Negotiation for Mangrove Impacts <br />Cummins Cederberg will coordinate with the Agencies to identify practicable mitigation opportunities for <br />the mangrove impacts that will result from the proposed project. Cummins Cederberg will coordinate with <br />the City to ensure the mitigation is acceptable and can be implemented. <br />Task 608 Revised Permit Drawings <br />Cummins Cederberg will update the permit drawings to include the recent additions to the project including <br />the riprap placed by the City, two boat lifts, additional access walkway, security gate, Sovereign Submerged <br />Lands Lease area, marine resource survey basemap, and mangroves within the project area to support <br />continues permit processing. Seawall cap elevation will be 7.26 ft NGVD with a notch at the existing dock <br />access walkway to facilitate access.
