The City may request DERM waive the permit fees associated with the scope of work herein; they do not authorize waivers for application fees. ■ The Client shall provide the required Sovereign Submerged Lands Lease survey consistent with SLER 0950 and an existing conditions survey showing the limits of City work and mangroves onsite. ■ The City shall provide a letter explaining why an extreme hardship exists that will be mitigated by the existing and proposed structures, as required for proprietary authorization pursuant to 18-21 FAC, for issuance of a Sovereign Submerged Lands Lease. ■ Any further structural additions, other than those included herein as depicted in Figure 1, may require an addendum scope of budget. Client has eliminated the previously proposed additional finger pier on the north end of the existing dock. ■ City agrees to eliminate the additional access walkway if the FDEP determines it cannot be authorized pursuant to 18-18 FAC and/or 18-21 FAC. Hourly tasks will be invoiced as per the attached Rate Schedule.
