The City may request DERM waive the permit fees associated with the <br />scope of work herein; they do not authorize waivers for application fees. <br />■ The Client shall provide the required Sovereign Submerged Lands Lease survey <br />consistent with SLER 0950 and an existing conditions survey showing the limits of City <br />work and mangroves onsite. <br />■ The City shall provide a letter explaining why an extreme hardship exists that will be <br />mitigated by the existing and proposed structures, as required for proprietary authorization <br />pursuant to 18-21 FAC, for issuance of a Sovereign Submerged Lands Lease. <br />■ Any further structural additions, other than those included herein as depicted in Figure 1, <br />may require an addendum scope of budget. Cummins Cederberg shall invoice the Client on a percent <br />complete basis each month and/or completion of tasks. Hourly tasks will be invoiced as per the <br />attached Rate Schedule. <br />General <br />We appreciate the opportunity to prepare this proposal addendum for our continued <br />environmental consulting services and look forward to working together. This proposal is valid for <br />60 days and was prepared based on the information provided by the Client to date.
