This Covenant may be modified, amended or released as <br />to the land herein described, or any portion thereof, by a writ- <br />ten instrument executed by the current owners of the fee simple <br />title to the lands to be affected by such modification, amendment <br />or release, provided that the same has first been approved by the <br />Dade County Board of County Commissioners or the Zoning Board of <br />Appeals of Metropolitan Dade County (whichever by law has juris- <br />diction over such matters) after public hearing. <br />- 2 - <br />
