The initial <br />year contract was $157,000, with 2 subsequent years of $125,000 each. Due to a last-minute add-on for <br />year two, the city incurred an additional charge of $31,444.55, resulting in a total cost for year two of <br />$156,444.55. In year three, the 2023 holiday season, we amended the contract to include additional <br />decor, resulting in a total cost of $133,000. <br />A dispute regarding services for the 2023 holiday season arose between the City and Light "Er Up <br />Miami, LLC. The City and contractor have fully resolved this issue, and we have closed out the 2023 <br />holiday season. The total cost for year three was $67,191.60. <br />As we enter the 2024 Holiday Season, Light'Er Up Miami, LLC has proposed the following: <br />• All decorto be installed and powered no later than November 12, 2024. <br />• All garland will be refurbished by the contractor to anew gold and silver theme. <br />• The entrance sign off the William Lehman Causeway will have teal aqua bands. Lighting in the <br />bushes and lighting in the palm fronds. <br />• Samson Park will be upgraded to include teal aqua bands and additional lights on 15 trees. <br />• The castle at Gateway Park will be replaced with new photo opportunities, including two 32 -foot <br />Item Number: 10.0 <br />313 <br />
