2. Qualifications and Compliance with ITB requirements <br />•Shenandoah General Construction LLC is uniquely qualified to perform the contract due to its <br />extensive expertise in stormwater management, robust resources, and strong track record of <br />similar projects. Our team is certified and licensed, including holding Class V permits issued <br />by DERM, and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to handle the inspection and <br />cleaning of deep drainage wells, stormwater catch basins, and pipelines. <br />Itemized Disclosure of ITB Requirements Compliance: <br />1.Licensing: Shenandoah is registered as a Certified General Contractor and holds all <br />licenses required to operate within the State of Florida. <br />2.Experience: We have successfully completed three or more projects of similar size and <br />scope within the last five years, demonstrating our ability to meet the ITB’s requirements <br />for stormwater system maintenance. <br />3.References: Provided references confirm our reliability and quality of work, as required. <br />4.Debris Disposal: Our disposal plan complies fully with local, state, and federal <br />regulations, ensuring all debris is handled and disposed of responsibly. <br />5.Compliance with Scope of Work: We are equipped to meet the technical specifications <br />outlined in the ITB, including cleaning 42,000 linear feet of pipeline and inspecting 390 <br />stormwater catch basins. <br />With a proven history of delivering high-quality services, Shenandoah General Construction is <br />confident in its ability to meet and exceed the City’s expectations for this project. <br />•Shenandoah General Construction LLC is proud to offer its expertise in delivering high-quality <br />stormwater management services.
