(as Secondary) for <br />Stormwater Management System Preventative Maintenance <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the approval of this Resolution. <br />The existing stormwater preventative maintenance contract was to expire December 11, 2024, with no <br />further renewals available. <br />On November 7, 2024, the city issued ITB # 25-11-01 titled Stormwater Management Preventative <br />Maintenance Services. The solicitation was uploaded on DemandStar.com, and distributed to over <br />1,700 contractors, in which 26 contractors became Planholders. Planholders receive all the notifications <br />related to the solicitation. On December 10, 2024, the City received six (6) electronic bid submissions: <br />EnviroWaste Services Group (EnviroWaste), JMP Group LLC, LMK Pipe Renewal, National Water Main <br />Cleaning Co (NWMC), Raider Rooter and Shenandoah General Construction LLC. <br />The scope of the ITB is as follows: <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach (the "City") desires to establish a contract with a licensed ("Contractor") <br />Item Number: 9.0 <br />485 <br />
