The City Commission <br />approved a lease agreement with the Applicant via Ordinance 2024-612 on May 16, 2024. The sales <br />center will be used for marketing and events to promote and sell units for the approved St. Regis <br />Residences development project, which is located at 18801 Collins Avenue. The application requires <br />conditional use approval for an off-site sales center, a variances to reduce the front setback, a variance <br />to reduce the side setbacks, a variance to increase the allowable size of wall signage, a variance to <br />reduce the amount of off-street parking, and site plan approval.
