Calculations <br />showing requirements have been met to be provided. <br />0 265-68.13: Shrub & groundcvoer specifications to meet the requirements. <br />Calculations showing requirements have been met to be provided. <br />0 265-68.D: Irrigation required. <br />• Section 265-70 <br />o There are existing palms on site that are not shown on the attached <br />survey. Survey to show accurate location of all trees. <br />o Tree disposition plans required showing botanical and common names, <br />diameter, height, and canopy spread of each tree. <br />o Tree protection for trees / palms to remain, is required <br />o Trees / palms noted for removal or relocation to be shown and tree permit <br />required. <br />• Section 265.71 <br />o 265.71.A -D <br />■ Street trees along Collins are believed to meet requirements but <br />cannot confirm until specifications are listed. <br />■ Street trees are rquired along 186th Street. LOI states all buffers <br />are to meet code.
