<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Invitation to Bid No. 14-10-02 13 <br /> <br /> <br />2.10.4 Cancellation and Re-Insurance <br />If any insurance should be cancelled or changed by the insurance company or should any <br />insurance expire during the period of this contract, the Contractor shall be responsible for <br />securing other acceptable insurance to provide the coverage specified in this section to <br />maintain coverage during the life of this Contract. All deductibles must be declared by the <br />Contractor and must be approved by the City. At the option of the City, either the <br />Contractor shall eliminate or reduce such deductible or the Contractor shall procure a Bond, <br />in a form satisfactory to the City, covering the same. <br /> <br />2.11 MONTHLY INVOICES PAYMENTS: <br />Cut-off date is the close of the last business day of the month. Proposer shall submit by the 10th <br />day of the following month bidder’s completed Statement of Services/Invoice. Should the 10 th fall <br />on a weekend or holiday, Consultant shall submit his application on the next workday. <br /> <br />Contractor is advised that processing of invoices must follow this schedule as the City has funding <br />requirements and other payment obligations which may prevent payment of late Statement of <br />Services for that month’s billing cycle. A late Statement of Services with a recommendation for <br />payment will be paid in the next month’s billing cycle. <br /> <br />2.12 LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SUPPLIED BY PROPOSER: <br />Unless otherwise provided in Section 3 of this solicitation, the proposer shall furnish the following, <br />included but not limited to, all labor, material, equipment, barricading, adequate supervision, and <br />coordination for satisfactory contract performance. When not specifically identified in the technical <br />specifications, such materials and equipment shall be of a suitable type and grade for the specific <br />purpose of completing all work required by this Invitation to Bid. All material, workmanship, 100% <br />design, testing and equipment shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the City Manager <br />or his designated representative for this project. <br /> <br />2.13 CLEAN-UP: <br />All unusable materials and debris shall be removed from the premised at the end of each workday, <br />and disposed of in an appropriate manner. Upon final completion, the proposer shall thoroughly <br />clean up all areas where work has been involved as mutually agreed with the associated user <br />department’s project manager. <br /> <br />2.14 FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS: <br />The successful Proposer shall comply with all federal, state and local ordinances, regulations, and <br />rules as well as any other laws that would apply to the proposed project. The Proposer’s costs <br />associated with regulatory requirements shall be included in the pr oject cost whether depicted <br />specifically or not within the body of the proposal. <br /> <br />2.15 MATERIALS SHALL BE NEW AND WARRANTIED AGAINST DEFECTS:
