REQUEST Pursuant to Section 265-18 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a Site Plan Modification to eliminate the condition of approval referenced in Section 4.11.(5) of City Commission Resolution 21- Z-183 to underground all utility lines adjacent to the project. IV. ZONING REVIEW The Applicant is requesting a Site Plan Modification to cancel the condition of approval referenced in Section 4.11.(5) of City Commission Resolution 21-Z-183 to underground all utility lines adjacent to the project, which states: (5) That the Applicant underground all utility lines adjacent to the proposed project, and at the time of undergrounding the utility lines for the project. The Applicant shall coordinate with the City's undergrounding project for any scheduling and any conflicts. As depicted on the survey in the application package, there are overhead utility lines adjacent to the east and west of the project. To the east, there are power lines between the parking garage and the gas station.
