In light of the circumstances, A3 respectfully requests the City remove the Condition. While A3 <br />remains committed to supporting the City's undergrounding project, it is evident that the Condition <br />requires performance by a third party that has been unable to fulfill its obligations within a reasonable <br />time. Removing this Condition will allow the Project to achieve final completion, and obtain the <br />necessary CO without further undue delay. A3 appreciates the City's consideration of this request and <br />remains committed to working with the City and FPL to ensure the undergrounding project reaches <br />completion.
