● Document the incident and notify the Project Manager. <br /> 3.2 Fire Emergencies <br /> ● Activate the nearest fire alarm and dial 911. <br /> ● Evacuate all workers to the designated assembly point. <br /> ● Use fire extinguishers only if trained and it is safe to do so. <br /> ● Wait for clearance from fire officials before re-entering the site. <br /> 3.3 Hazardous Material Spills <br /> ● Evacuate the affected area immediately. <br /> ● Notify the Site Safety Officer and consult Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for response <br /> procedures. <br /> ● Contain the spill only if it is safe and appropriate PPE is available. <br /> ● Engage a licensed hazardous waste disposal company if required. <br /> 3.4 Structural Failures or Collapses <br /> ● Cease all work immediately and evacuate the area. <br /> ● Call 911 and notify the Project Manager. <br /> ● Establish a safe perimeter to prevent unauthorized access. <br /> ● A structural assessment must be conducted before work resumes. <br /> 3.5 Severe Weather & Natural Disasters <br /> ● Monitor alerts from the National Weather Service (NWS) and suspend outdoor activities <br /> as needed. <br /> ● Secure loose materials and equipment to prevent hazards. <br /> ● Follow official evacuation orders if issued. <br /> ● Conduct a post-event site inspection before resuming operations. <br /> 4. Evacuation Plan <br /> ● Primary Evacuation Route: Collins Avenue toward 178th Drive. <br /> ● Secondary Evacuation Route: Collins Avenue toward 181st Drive. <br /> ● Assembly Point: Sunny Isles Branch Library. <br /> ● Roll Call: Conducted by the Site Safety Officer or Site Superintendent. <br /> 5.
