 <br />+ Pre-Task Planning <br />Pre-task planning and AHA are key <br />to project success, so we use them <br />in every project. <br />Mandatory 100% Project Safety <br />Orientation <br />All employees must attend a safety <br />orientation covering hazards, <br />requirements, and emergency plans. <br />Daily Inspections <br />Daily inspections will track job site <br />safety, public liability, and violations. <br />Performance Tracking <br />Unsafe workers face retraining, <br />discipline, or termination; safety <br />trends are analyzed. <br />Full-Time Safety Manager <br />Our full time safety manager ensures <br />site workers are educated and risk- <br />aware. <br />Minimum Safety Training for All <br />Workers and Supervisors <br />Workers receive OSHA training and <br />must show proof of certification on- <br />site. <br />Daily Safety Briefing <br />Each day starts with a meeting <br />covering safety, activities, and site <br />changes. <br />Major Prime Sub Safety Supervisor <br />Subcontractors with large contracts <br />or 50+ workers are required to have <br />a safety supervisor. <br />EMR Minimum Performance of All <br />Selected Subcontractors <br />Subcontractors must be prequalified <br />and provide EMR proof. If EMR >1.25, <br />a safety supervisor is required. <br />Employee X <br />Weekly Toolbox Talks and quarterly <br />Safety Standdowns ensure ongoing <br />training. <br />Safety <br />Quality <br />Quality Control <br />We resolve conflicts, <br />inspect materials, log <br />deficiencies, and ensure <br />timely corrections <br />through QC meetings. <br />Quality Assurance <br />We conduct tests, <br />coordinate inspections, <br />and ensure compliance <br />through reports and <br />checklists. <br />Punchlist <br />Punchlists are planned <br />early, with continuous <br />inspections to reduce <br />last-minute issues. A <br />focused team may be <br />used. <br />Close-Out <br />Manuals are reviewed <br />before submission, <br />system training is <br />provided, and a close-out <br />meeting is held. <br />Completion Documentation <br />As-built drawings and <br />records are maintained, <br />updated, and provided <br />upon completion. <br />Safety and quality aren’t just a priority—they ’re our moral duty.
