May 15, 2025 <br />PZ2025-05 <br />A minor modification was administratively approved on October 7, 2014 that changed the <br />design of the west exterior fagade, specifically to extend two wall segments and cover <br />them with artificial and natural vegetation, apply the project signage on the extended <br />walls, and relocate and elevate the approved sculpture to the open parking platform at <br />the lobby level. <br />The current modification revises the west elevation by replacing the artificial and natural <br />vegetation with porcelain tile, wood grain aluminum planks, and perforated metal panels. <br />It also includes the construction of a new porte-cochere canopy. The exterior colors <br />remain consistent with the required color palette of Chapter 150 of the Code of <br />Ordinances. <br />Page 4 of 8 <br />14 <br />
