This consistency in <br />deployment demonstrates the reliability and quality of the product. <br />The purchase will be made through a piggyback agreement utilizing the existing competitively bid <br />contract between Bausch Enterprises Inc. and the City of Fort Lauderdale. This method ensures <br />compliance with procurement policies while offering cost -efficiency and expedited delivery. <br />Bausch Enterprises Inc. has agreed to provide the lifeguard tower to our specifications in an amount not <br />to exceed $93,500.00. Staff is requesting approval for an additional $9,350.00 as contingency, if <br />needed. The total contract amount will not exceed $102,850.00. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Tower 163 is an original lifeguard tower that is currently over 25 years old.
