This event is free and open to the entire
community. They request the free use of Samson Oceanfront Park
due to its central location and history of past events. They will provide
a certificate of insurance naming the City as additional insured and will
plan and manage the entire event.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
With approval of this resolution, minimal Parks personnel would be
required to assist with electrical connections and park and restroom
maintenance. Police personnel would be required to cross patrons
across Collins Avenue. The Outdoor Special Event Permit fee would
be waived. Utilities and restroom consumables would be donated.
The estimated value for all of the above totals $5,090.00.
httpJISUMYiSIe . v agmda.com /CmerSheet.aspx ?ItemID =1488 W
